Taebaek Sunflower Festival

The Taebaek Sunflower Festival is a community-driven event organized by the Sunflower Cultural Foundation and the Guwau Village Festival Committee. The festival aims to utilize the beauty of nature as its ultimate masterpiece, turning the landscape into a canvas painted with the vibrant yellow of sunflowers. It combines natural beauty with human artistic expression to create a healthy, natural, and unique space that everyone will want to visit.

   • “Sky Sunflower Concert” (Tentative) and 7080 Concert for Helping Neighbors in Need
   • Halatek Mid-Career Artists Painting Exhibition (Tentative)
   • Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition (featuring works by artists such as Seo Yong-sun, Andy Thompson, Okubo Eiichi, Choi Seok-ho, and others)
