The 9th edition of ‘2023 Winter, Lights of Cheonggyecheon’ will take place from December 15th to 31st at Cheonggye Plaza, spanning the Mojeon Bridge section. Featuring a large tree adorned in blue and white to depict the Earth from space, adorable white polar bears, iceberg truss decorations, and circular ice sculptures and an ice tunnel embellishing the plaza. Amidst global challenges due to climate change, the event aims to capture the hope for a beautiful and joyful Earth, illuminated with light.

  2. Fountain Direction: Creating a delightful space for visitors, hiding Rudolph between small Christmas trees along with a photo zone.
  3. Fountain Plaza: Using large balloons, small hearts, and LED ball lighting to create a romantic atmosphere.
  4. Mojeon Bridge: Installing wings, rainbows, and paper airplane lighting on the walls, offering visitors to Cheonggyecheon a gift of shining hope.
